Abstract:
CIRCULAR Śālākya Taṇtra – one of the eighth branches of Ashtang Ayurveda is coming in lime light now in view of several advances made by the śhālākis (the specialists of Śālākya Taṇtra). A number of diseases are being treated successfully by adopting the line of treatment prescribed by Acharyas. The results obtained by śhālākis are required to be validated by established protocol as it is a need of time but there is no any established research protocols exist. So in order to achieve requirement of the time “The association of Shalaki (TAS – India) is going to organize a “Workshop to establish The Research Protocols of Śālākya taṇtra” jointly by Directorate of I. S. M. & H. Gujarat State, Gandhinagar and The Association of Shalaki (TAS – India) Dates: – 07/07/2017 to 09/07/2017 – Friday to Sunday Venue: – State Training Centre of AYUSH, State Model Institute of Ayurvedic Sciences Campus, Kolavada, Dist: – Gandhinagar Pattern of Workshop:- To establish protocols for research article/paper for clinical study To establish protocols for research article/paper for conceptual/review study To establish protocols for research article/paper for single case study To establish and standardize protocols and gradations of subjective and objective criteria of various signs & symptoms according to Ayurveda in diseases of Netra/Karṇa/Nāsā/Mukh/shirah Eligibility for Participation: – Any life member of the association can participate Registration fees: – No registration fees are required but it is compulsory. Aspirants are needed to send duly filled registration form to above mentioned email on or before 15/06/2017 positively. You will be eligible to participate in the workshop after getting confirmation from scientific committee. No T.A., D. A. will be reimbursed.
